Physiotherapy
Chartered Physiotherapists are medically trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of physical problems. Treatment is designed for each individual problem to reduce pain, maximise movement and function. Treatment techniques include manual mobilisation and manipulation, specific soft tissue techniques, acupuncture and electrotherapy. Physiotherapy also involves specific exercises designed to speed up recovery and prevent pain returning.
Chartered Physiotherapists are autonomous clinicians, this means that you can be seen by us without visiting your GP first. At your first consultation you will be asked various questions to gain a history of your condition. During the assessment you will need to provide information regarding your medical history and any medication you are taking. A physical assessment will also take place to reach a diagnosis.
If your problem cannot be helped with Physiotherapy we will refer you to an appropriate Doctor or Consultant.

Melanotan Tanning Injections and Pills: Why Are They Growing In Popularity
Are you wishing you could have that terrific bronze coloration so many of the celebrities or even your friends have been sporting these days? Do you hate lying in the sun for hours hoping you brought enough oil with you? You may be a fan of the lotions but just wish there was something that would give you a bit more of an even color. You may hate the idea of a tanning bed as well. So what’s all the fuss about melanotan?
If this is the case there are a few things you should consider. First of all you will want to know what melanotan tanning injections and pills are. Next you’ll need to find out if they are for you or if you should stick to the salon.
Tanning Pills
As with so many things that are beauty and cosmetic related there are many arguments for the hazards of getting a tan simply by ingesting a pill. If you’re considering taking a pill for tanning you should try to find one that is FDA approved and has a list of ingredients on it. You should also make sure to start with the lowest dose possible to insure you don’t have a large allergic reaction to it.
It’s also never a bad idea to consult your doctor before embarking on a beauty journey such as this. With a professional in your corner it will be easier to manage to do this healthfully.
Tanning Injections
There are now people who have been happy to show of tanned skin coloration along with a few other health benefits thanks to a very specialized peptide. This peptide increases the amount of melanin within the skin of an individual. This increase effectively allows the person to have darker pigmentation. There are some people who have stated they had headaches or experienced nausea while others are all too happy to announce they had some unexpected benefits in the bedroom.
With either of the above methods it’s a good idea to ask your doctor’s opinion before embarking on this journey for beautiful, golden skin. This will help to insure that you get the results you are after without any trouble.
